Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Cancellation Window

Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service fees.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to one day’s rental cost.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your scheduled pickup without prior cancellation, the full rental amount may be charged.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
