Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Window<\/h3>\n

Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service fees.<\/p>\n

Late Cancellations<\/h3>\n

Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to one day’s rental cost.<\/p>\n

No-Shows<\/h3>\n

If you do not arrive for your scheduled pickup without prior cancellation, the full rental amount may be charged.<\/p>\n

Refund Processing<\/h3>\n

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.<\/p>\n
